Read founded Vantedge in 2005 and remains the primary visionary, guiding the company’s many innovative offerings and its quest as the leader in Data-Driven Marketing Performance.

She grew up in Mexico City and feels a strong responsibility to address multicultural realities. Damon brings nearly 20 years of marketing analytics experience to Vantedge. He regularly speaks publicly and has made major contributions to RCG Global, AT&T, IHG, Home Depot and Porsche. He was recognized by the Advertising Research Foundation as a top researcher in 2013 and was a board member of the Marketing Science Institute in 2015. Since being with Vantedge, he has already designed and made available two new, innovative marketing analytics offerings: Media Budget Allocator (MBA) and Revenue Accelerator (RVA). These products leverage cutting-edge analytic tools and standardized models in a packaged, service-based offering to deliver cost efficiencies and speed to insights previously unavailable to many marketers. His vision for these products is to “democratize data science.”

Not only does he have considerable experience in the sponsorship, sports and marketing arenas, he was most-recently invited to share his expertise by the Emory University Goizueta Business School.
